Job Description This is an initial 4 month contract to start early January and will be reporting to the Change Practice Lead in the Strategy & Change Team within our People Function. You’ll lead change across Transformational programs and coach functional project leads on the effective delivery of change for Operational and BAU projects. This role will have a global reach and will see you supporting on change programmes across all our functions including areas such as digital, sales, finance, technology, people team, customer and legal. Day to day you’ll: Lead transformational project change supporting strategic outcomes, driving change stickiness through to benefits realisation Support the Change Practice Lead in developing change competencies across the business, specifically within the Programme Delivery team and functional teams participating involved in projects. Quantify the impact of change on employees and customers, leveraging resource management practices of demand and supply, using common delivery tools like Monday.com Contribute to the strategic change narrative through the change narrative of assigned transformational and functional projects Maintain clear reporting into the Change Practice Lead and extended stakeholders on the degree of change readiness across projects at any point in time, inclusive of risks and issues relating to change delivery and risk resistance Facilitate a common understanding of the change journey amongst impacted stakeholders, bringing simplicity, clarity, peace of mind and buy-in Contribute to the continuous improvement of the ‘Insights Way’ of managing change Demonstrate inside out application of Insights products across organisation change, showing the value of awareness in the context of Change Simplify change impacts and ease of absorption by looking for opportunities to synthesise impacts with a human-cantered design approach Qualifications Available for immediate start in January 2025 Expertise as a change professional who has worked across a business in all functions delivering change programmes and coaching the business on how to deliver change effectively A qualification as a Change Practitioner with a recognised accreditation or certificate Demonstrable experience leading company-wide transformational programs impacting people, systems, process and product A solid understanding of how people (as individuals and groups) experience change and be skilled in creating individualised, role based, change experiences Experience with and knowledge of change management, organisational psychology and human centred design principles, methodologies and tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an adaptable, innovative and creative approach Additional Information The 4 month contract is to start at the beginning of January so you’ll need to be available for immediate start. You’ll support the business through an extremely busy period and as it’s a short contract, it’s key that you’re a seasoned Change Manager with expertise in projects affecting people, systems, process and product so you can make an immediate impact.
