Job Description
We’re looking for a strategic and visionary
Enterprise AI Manager to lead the next chapter of AI transformation at Insights. If you’re passionate about turning AI potential into real business impact — this is your role.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead the creation and evolution of our AI vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Drive AI-enabled innovation and transformation across the enterprise.
- Build alignment and collaboration across teams, functions and geographies.
- Define and steward AI operating models, delivery capabilities and enterprise-wide adoption.
- Chair the AI Governance Board and uphold responsible, ethical AI use.
- Oversee compliance with emerging regulatory frameworks, including the EU AI Act and US Executive Order on AI.
- Build and manage a strong internal and external AI ecosystem, including vendors, research partners and industry bodies.
- Establish transparent AI portfolio management and ROI measurement practices.
- Lead programmes to uplift AI literacy and embed responsible AI behaviours.
- Shape decision-making for AI build/buy/blend approaches.
- Partner with Enterprise Architecture to own AI platform and technology choices.

- A strong track record ideally in business management or technology/information management, operating at or near executive level and preferably with P&L responsibility.
- Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving organisation‑wide initiatives in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of how AI is used to create value in information-intensive industries or digitally advanced enterprises.
- Proven ability to drive innovation, shape new business models, or lead significant transformation efforts.
- Experience leading enterprise change and technology-driven transformation.
- Experience in strategy or management consulting, multi-industry exposure, and vertical sector knowledge is desirable.
