We’re looking for a Programme Manager to join us for the project kick off 1st July on a 9-month FTC working directly for Insights. You’ll lead the end‑to‑end rebuild of our flagship website, which is a critical platform at the heart of our growth strategy. From day one, you’ll take full ownership: shaping the vision, driving delivery, and launching a best‑in‑class digital experience. And it doesn’t stop there as you’ll continuously optimise performance, conversion and user journeys to deliver real commercial impact.
What you’ll do
- Lead the full lifecycle of a major website rebuild — from concept through to launch and beyond
- Own the platform as a core growth engine, driving engagement, pipeline contribution and measurable results
- Act as the bridge between brand and digital, ensuring experiences are compelling, customer‑led and commercially sharp
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product and Partners to align priorities and deliver at pace
- Manage complex, global programmes — balancing quality, speed and budget
- Continuously test, learn and optimise, using data to inform decisions and improve performance
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience delivering large‑scale digital transformation programmes (website rebuilds, migrations, platforms)
- Strong understanding of CMS, LMS, LXP and digital ecosystems
- Confidence operating in fast‑paced, global B2B environments
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands‑on execution
- The ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across regions
- A data‑led mindset — you measure what matters and deliver impact
- Confidence using tools like Jira, Confluence (or similar), with relevant project/programme management credentials
- Curiosity and confidence to leverage AI and emerging tech to improve delivery and outcomes
- Experience building strong relationships with agencies and partners
