Business Development / Sales Representative

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth. Experience in business development (Nice to have)
Knowledge of regulatory landscape is a plus
Bachelor\’s degree in Business or related field

Identify and research potential customers within the financial markets sector through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.

~ Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their compliance challenges, assess their needs, and determine their fit for our software solutions.

~ Communicate with compliance officers, risk managers, and other stakeholders to create interest and secure meetings for the sales team.

~ Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.

You have successfully completed a bachelor\’s degree and/or have at least 6 months of experience in a sales-related position, ideally within the Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech industry (e.g., as a sales representative, working student, or intern).
