Role Description

We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team and play a key role in driving top-of-funnel growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company where your efforts directly impact revenue, growth, and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and Generate Leads:

Identify and research potential customers within the financial markets sector through various channels, including LinkedIn, email, and industry events.

  • Qualify Opportunities:

Conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their compliance challenges, assess their needs, and determine their fit for our software solutions.

  • Engage Decision-Makers:

Communicate with compliance officers, risk managers, and other stakeholders to create interest and secure meetings for the sales team.

  • Collaborate with Sales Team:

Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and maintain clear communication throughout the sales process.

  • Maintain CRM Records:

Accurately document and track all prospect interactions, ensuring the sales pipeline is updated and organized.

  • Meet and Exceed Goals:

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and scheduled meetings.

About You

We believe the following experience and qualifications will help you excel in this role:

You have successfully completed a bachelor\’s degree and/or have at least 6 months of experience in a sales-related position, ideally within the Software as a Service (SaaS) or FinTech industry (e.g., as a sales representative, working student, or intern).

What we Offer

Starting Salary: £30,000

OTE: £8,000-£12,000
