About the Role

We are looking for an entry-level Account Manager who wants to build a real career in sales and account ownership. This is not a passive relationship role. You will own retention, expansion, and growth within a portfolio of strategic customers. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who shows initiative, takes ownership, and is willing to have real conversations with customers. This is an in-office role (5 days/week) for the first 6 months. Flexibility may be considered after that, based on performance and team needs.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Own a portfolio of customer accounts and act as the primary point of contact
  • Manage renewals and protect existing revenue through strong retention
  • Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities within accounts
  • Build trusted relationships with multiple stakeholders, including executives
  • Lead customer conversations around value, outcomes, and usage
  • Address issues early and have direct, honest conversations when needed
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Customer Success
  • Treat your accounts like a business you are responsible for growing
