Insight Consultancy are a small but busy marketing agency who are looking for a new member of the web team, following a period of growth. You’ll work with the support of the full team, which includes designers, developers and marketers. The role would be suitable for anyone with a background or interest in copywriting, design or marketing. This is the perfect role for someone with great organisation and written English skills who is looking for an entry/graduate level position in a creative environment and would like to make their mark on a small, but rapidly growing business. We are based in Leicester, but our team works remotely from locations across the UK. The role is hybrid or fully remote, but if you are based near or around Leicester, our office is open for you to work in if you wish. Full-time or part-time applications are welcomed.

Responsibilities

  • Triage new maintenance requests, ensuring projects are properly allocated, deadlines are met, and clients are happy with the outcome.
  • Track and enforce service-level agreements to ensure timely resolution of website projects and tickets.
  • Quantity control and testing to ensure deliverables meet a high technical and creative standard.
  • Assist with account management for new website projects, working closely with our clients to prepare website content, data and imagery.
  • Writing blogs and website content for a variety of clients, which is SEO optimised, making use of an AI framework.
  • Work within WordPress CMS to update content, import data, add imagery etc.
  • Operating a chat window on behalf of a wide range of businesses by referencing a knowledge base for each client.
  • Building knowledge bases and managing a library of ’canned responses’ for clients.
  • Creating assets on Canva with the assistance of the design team.
  • Assist in collating product data for Ecommerce websites, including technical data and imagery.
  • Assisting the team with various admin duties.

Required skills and qualities

  • Excellent writing skills, especially understanding of content writing for social media and B2B businesses.
  • Understanding on the impact of keywords and other SEO best practices on the effectiveness of web content.
  • A creative flair for wording information in an engaging way.
  • Great organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • A willingness to bring new ideas and processes to the company, through independent research and passion for new advances or trends in the industry.
