Insight Consultancy are a small but busy marketing agency who are looking for a new member of the advertising team, following a period of growth. The focus of this role is PPC advertising on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn, whilst utilising data from GA4 to inform all your decisions. You will be strategising and managing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns across a number of diverse clients. You’ll work with the support of the full team, which includes designers, developers and content writers. The role would be suitable for anyone with paid media experience, especially in an agency environment. This is the perfect role for someone who would like to make their mark on a small, but rapidly growing business. We are based in Leicester, but our team works remotely from locations across the UK. The role is either hybrid or fully remote, but if you are based near or around Leicester, our office is open for you to work in if you wish.
Responsibilities
- Producing and implementing client strategies for advertising campaigns (Google and Meta) and SEO projects to achieve measurable results
- Auditing and onboarding new ad accounts
- Monitoring ad campaigns budgets and results, analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Writing advertising copy for social media and Google adverts, which sell effectively and grab attention, with support from copywriters
- Performing SEO keyword research in order to produce SEO sitemaps and page briefs for copywriters and team members
- Strategising landing pages and optimising websites for conversion, with support from the design and development teams
- Attending meetings in order to fully understand client objectives, provide updates and present campaign plans
- Leading internal advertising as part of the agency’s own marketing efforts
- Be able to create artwork from existing brand guidelines
Requirements
- A degree, apprenticeship or similar education level in data analysis, digital marketing or media-related course
- 2+ years experience in paid online advertising and SEO
- A track record of planning and executing successful Google advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and utilise complex advertising data
- Experience managing a range of advertising budgets and maximising ROI
- A thorough understanding of both B2B and B2C sectors, including both e-commerce and service-based businesses
- Willing and ready to learn new tools and technologies
