My client, a leading retail specialist based in Orpington, are looking for a Sales Support Executive join them as they begin a new arm of the business. You will be providing excellent customer service whilst managing orders from purchase to installation.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Oversee client orders from purchase through to successful delivery

  • Act as primary point of contact for any queries

  • Liaise with all areas of the business internally, to ensure order success

  • Update systems frequently to ensure accuracy

  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Sales Support role

  • Great customer service experience

  • Ability to multitask and build positive relationships with colleagues/clients
