An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and self-motivated Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor. They are looking for a professional who wants to play a key role in their growth strategy, while enjoying outstanding opportunities for career development and personal progression. You\’ll take ownership of projects across a range of public and private sector clients, delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services throughout the full project lifecycle. You\’ll also help shape and mentor our talented team of Cost Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices — all while working in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities Take ownership of projects across a range of public and private sector clients, delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services throughout the full project lifecycle. Mentor and support a team of Cost Managers, Graduates, and Apprentices in a collaborative environment. What you\’ll bring A proven track record of working independently to deliver exceptional cost management / QS services. Strong client-facing skills and a commitment to technical excellence. Proficiency in measurement and take-off software (CostX preferred). Experience in BQ preparation (preferred but not essential). Solid commercial and risk awareness. Excellent professional report writing and communication skills. A collaborative, flexible, and ambitious approach to teamwork. Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues.
