We are currently looking for a compliance surveyor for a public sector organisation in Staffordshire for an initial period of three months. As a compliance surveyor, you will be responsible for:
- Covering the big 6 of compliance across domestic properties.
- Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties meet 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and raising works for planned, reactive, and compliance tasks, and booking remedial works.
- Liaising with external contractors to ensure budgets and contract requirements are met.
Requirements:
- Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance.
- Experience in social housing or local authority settings.
- Good communication skills and customer service experience.
- Salary: £30-35 per hour.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Mileage covered.
