We are currently looking for a compliance surveyor for a public sector organisation in Staffordshire for an initial period of three months. As a compliance surveyor, you will be responsible for:

  1. Covering the big 6 of compliance across domestic properties.
  2. Conducting risk assessments and ensuring all properties meet 100% compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
  3. Identifying and raising works for planned, reactive, and compliance tasks, and booking remedial works.
  4. Liaising with external contractors to ensure budgets and contract requirements are met.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a surveyor covering the big 6 of compliance.
  • Experience in social housing or local authority settings.
  • Good communication skills and customer service experience.
  • Salary: £30-35 per hour.
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
  • Mileage covered.
