We're looking for a PPC Manager to support the delivery and optimisation of high-performing paid search campaigns. This is a newly created, hands-on role where you'll play a key part in driving customer acquisition and revenue through data-led campaign management across Google platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, build and optimise paid search campaigns across the Google ecosystem
  • Manage full funnel activity (top, middle and bottom of funnel) to drive acquisition and conversions
  • Develop and execute YouTube and video-based performance campaigns
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven optimisations
  • Conduct keyword and trend research using tools such as Google Trends
  • Create and implement structured testing plans to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with wider marketing teams to align PPC with broader acquisition strategy
  • Report on performance and provide actionable insights
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns, particularly within Google Ads
  • Experience working within eCommerce or performance-driven environments
  • Strong understanding of conversion-focused campaign optimisation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple campaigns
  • Strong communication and reporting skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership
