Job Description With offices in the US, Asia and London, our Client has over 10-years of of consistent, organic growth across Energy & Commodity Traders, Generators and Financial institutions. Planned organic growth for 2025 has created 3 new Oil Broker roles; SENIOR Oil Broker – OTE £1.2 Million to £1.6 Million MID Oil Broker – OTE £750,000 to £1.3 Million JUNIOR Oil Broker – OTE £65,000 to £110,000 Platforms include I CE, Reuters, Cloud9, Bloomberg etc. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution of trades across oil products and related commodities, ensuring precision and adherence to market standards. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, delivering tailored solutions to meet their trading and investment objectives. Provide clients with in-depth market insights, forecasts, and recommendations based on thorough research and analysis. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client base and grow market share. Monitor global market trends, geopolitical events, and regulatory changes, leveraging insights to drive strategic decision-making. Mentor and support junior brokers, fostering their professional growth and contributing to a high-performing team environment.
