Role Purpose: We are looking for a Microsoft UC Engineer to join our EMEA Services Delivery team and play a key role in supporting and managing complex Microsoft Teams Voice solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a strategic transformation project lasting 18–24 months, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. You will be responsible for delivering end‑to‑end UC solutions, supporting enterprise‑scale deployments, and ensuring adherence to KPIs, OLAs, SLAs, and SLTs for ticket resolution. Your expertise will help shape the future of collaboration for Insight and its customers.
