We're now looking for an HR Specialist to join our EMEA HR Operations team, supporting teammates across their full employee lifecycle and helping us deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll work closely with the wider HR team to provide a seamless and reliable HR service to managers and teammates. Your focus will span HR administration, operational support and onboarding, including:

  • Acting as a central point of contact for HR queries, policies and processes
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files
  • Managing HR inboxes and ensuring queries are handled within agreed SLAs
  • Supporting monthly payroll processes in line with local requirements
  • Producing regular and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g. headcount, attrition, leavers)
  • Managing absence and leaver processes in line with policy and legislation
  • Administering local benefits and supporting changes to terms and conditions
  • Supporting onboarding, working closely with Talent Acquisition and HR colleagues to ensure new hires have a smooth and consistent start, including offer management, compliance checks, inductions and system updates

Qualifications

  • Strong administration experience, ideally within an HR or shared services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • A genuine interest in HR and the value it brings to a business

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Experience with HR systems and HR administration
  • Studying towards, or holding, an HR-related qualification
  • Experience supporting process improvements or automation
  • A second language
