Responsibilities

  • Build, support, and implement reconciliations on TLM Premium 2.5 or higher for various Capital Markets asset classes.
  • Analyze business requirements, develop, test (UNIT/SIT/UAT), and deploy reconciliation solutions on TLM Premium.
  • Design and configure reconciliation controls (Nostros, Depos, Inter Accounts, Intersystem, FOBO, FOCL) for capital markets.
  • Utilize TLM tools (Smart Studio, Smart Schema, Recon Admin, web Connect, Control & CT tools) for solution development.
  • Develop and optimize stored procedures, triggers, functions, and reports using Oracle SQL.
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot database and environment issues, and support release activities on a rotational basis.
  • Use UNIX/Linux shell scripting for automation, deployment, and environment management.
  • Validate TLM services, analyze logs, and debug issues in production and test environments.
  • Participate in Agile and Dev Ops processes, with exposure to CI/CD tools and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with business and operations for requirements gathering and process re-engineering.
  • Communicate effectively with end users and clients to resolve challenges during build or testing phases.
  • Monitor and maintain application environments, including patching, installation, and server/network maintenance.
  • Exposure to reporting/analytics tools (BIRT, Crystal Reports, SAP BO, Qlikview, etc.) is a plus.
  • Additional skills in cloud platforms (preferably GCP), programming languages (Python, Java), and scripting (VB, Perl, Power Shell) are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets, trade lifecycle, and reconciliation best practices is important for success in the role.
