12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract Sheffield | 3 days per week onsite Insight is a Fortune 500‑ranked global provider of hardware, software, cloud and service solutions. We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our HR team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, supporting leaders and managers across the business and helping drive people‑focused change. This is a hands‑on partnering role where you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and management population, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting the delivery of HR initiatives aligned to business objectives and strategy. What You’ll Be Doing Partnering with managers and business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that maximise people performance and support workforce planning Building strong, credible relationships across the business, providing professional and commercially focused HR advice Supporting the delivery of EMEA HR strategy alongside HRBPs and wider HR teams Providing employee relations support, including managing ER cases and investigations Managing long‑term sickness cases and supporting proactive absence management Supporting recruitment activity, inductions, workforce planning and talent initiatives Using HR data and analytics to identify trends and drive meaningful improvements What We’re Looking For Previous HR experience in a similar role within a fast‑paced environment Strong knowledge of employee relations, resourcing, reward and development A proactive self‑starter who delivers practical, value‑adding HR solutions Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels Desirable CIPD Level 3 (or above) or equivalent Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors and HR analytics Why Insight You’ll be joining a collaborative HR team with the opportunity to make a real impact through people‑focused initiatives and change.
