Overview
HR Consultant (12-month FTC) | Location: Hybrid – Sheffield
We are looking for a HR Consultant (12-month maternity cover) to join our team on a hybrid basis, ideally spending two days per week in our Sheffield office. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Sales HR across the UK and the NER region, as well as managing Employee Relations and HR policies across EMEA. Key responsibilities will include ensuring HR policies are aligned and compliant across multiple countries, advising managers on employee relations matters such as grievances and disciplinaries, and providing proactive HR guidance to support business objectives. This is a varied and impactful role, offering the opportunity to work closely with managers and teams across multiple regions, ensuring consistency, fairness, and best practice in all aspects of HR.

What You’ll Do
- Checking, analysing, and improving (day to day) HR processes.
- Guiding recruitment and selection procedures.
- Supporting managers with HR advice.
- Updating employment conditions with changes in laws and regulations.
- Supporting the HR operations team and aligning the HR local needs and changes.
- Supporting employees with everyday HR questions.
- Experience with disciplinaries / grievances.
- Supporting the implementation of HR strategies together with the HR manager.
Who You Are
- Ideally CIPD qualified – Level 5 (or working towards this).
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in an advisory capacity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and a true team player.
- Knowledge around UK/EMEA policies and regulations.
