Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service, handling queries and orders with professionalism and empathy
- Act as the main point of contact for a group of customers, building trusted and long-term relationships
- Support fleet contracts by coordinating with clients, internal teams, and third parties to ensure smooth delivery
- Process orders, customer returns, and special instructions accurately and efficiently
- Provide administrative and technical support, including arranging fittings and preparing quotes or documentation for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records on company systems (CRM) to ensure data integrity
- Build product knowledge and stay informed about market developments to offer the best solutions for customers
- Proactively resolve challenges and manage customer expectations effectively

Details
- Salary: Β£30,000 per annum (pro rata)
- Contract: 9-month maternity cover (fixed term)
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
- Hours: Monday β Friday, 8:30am β 5:00pm
