Online Hub Operative - Customer Service Ecommerce Operative
Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client in Northwest Milton Keynes.
The Role
You will be working in the heart of a non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client’s website, eBay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking photos of the products
- Working on a timeline
- Attention to detail
- Data entry
- Good level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling
- Understand health and safety procedures and work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and safety of others
- Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse
Requirements
- Hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do" attitude
- Customer focused
- Disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus and great attention to detail
- Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes
- Self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change
- Keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills
- Excellent timekeeping
Shift/Hours
Full time: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:15 and Friday 08:00–16:00
Rates
£13.45 per hour. Long term role.
