Online Hub Operative - Customer Service Ecommerce Operative

Insight Employment are seeking a Customer Service Ecommerce Operative to work for a client in Northwest Milton Keynes.

The Role

You will be working in the heart of a non-profit company. Your main purpose as a Customer Service Operative is to manage questions and queries regarding products on the client’s website, eBay and other E-Commerce platforms that are being sold on site.

  • Taking photos of the products
  • Working on a timeline
  • Attention to detail
  • Data entry
  • Good level of IT skills and prior knowledge of selling
  • Understand health and safety procedures and work in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and safety of others
  • Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse

  • Hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do" attitude

  • Disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus and great attention to detail
  • Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes

  • Keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent timekeeping

Shift/Hours

Full time: Monday–Thursday 08:00–16:15 and Friday 08:00–16:00

Rates

£13.45 per hour. Long term role.
