12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Sheffield | 3 days per week onsite
Insight is a Fortune 500-ranked global provider of hardware, software, cloud and service solutions. We’re looking for an experienced HR Consultant to join our HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting leaders and managers across the business and helping drive people-focused change.
This is a hands-on partnering role where you’ll work closely with the HR Business Partner and management population, acting as a trusted advisor and supporting the delivery of HR initiatives aligned to business objectives and strategy.
What you’ll be doing
- Partnering with managers and business leaders to deliver effective HR solutions that maximise people performance and support workforce planning
- Building strong, credible relationships across the business, providing professional and commercially focused HR advice
- Supporting the delivery of EMEA HR strategy alongside HRBPs and wider HR teams
- Providing employee relations support, including managing ER cases and investigations
- Managing long-term sickness cases and supporting proactive absence management
- Supporting recruitment activity, inductions, workforce planning and talent initiatives
- Using HR data and analytics to identify trends and drive meaningful improvements
What we’re looking for
- Previous HR experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, resourcing, reward and development
- A proactive self-starter who delivers practical, value-adding HR solutions
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels
Desirable
- CIPD Level 3 (or above) or equivalent
- Experience with SAP / SuccessFactors and HR analytics
