Client Programme Manager (Sales/Solution Sales) – Insight Enterprises, Inc. is a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator helping organizations accelerate transformation by unlocking the power of people and technology. Location: Hybrid – Sheffield, Manchester or Uxbridge.
The Client Programme Manager is responsible for providing dedicated programme management expertise to clients. They liaise between Insight and client representatives to manage and coordinate the activities of internal account teams across EMEA and ensure contractual compliance.
Who You Are
- Demonstrates proven programme management and project leadership skills.
- Experience of working within a high performing team within a fast-paced, target driven environment.
- Ability to run effective update meetings with the client, set clear agendas, manage conflict, resolve issues, and propose solutions and corrective activities.
- Ability to demonstrate and apply a high level of organisation and structure, and work under a high level of pressure to tight timescales.
- Proven track record in complex stakeholder management. Demonstrable experience of building relationships based on trust.
What You’ll Do
- Ensure that Insight meets its contractual commitments to clients, as set out in the commercial contract.
- Facilitate communication between client representatives and their agencies and cross functional internal teammates including Sales, E-Commerce, and Finance.
- Partner closely with Insight teams and leadership to drive best practice, work with the client and regional account managers to ensure that all teammates are aware of the client’s objectives and requirements.
- Monitor and take proactive steps to improve client satisfaction, engage in weekly or monthly status meetings and collate monthly reports for the client.
- Accountable for the successful delivery of Insight projects and programmes for specified clients and for defining best practice standards for working with the client and agencies.
- Identify process improvements to enhance the client experience and client retention, actively promote agency e-commerce adoption, ensure online product catalogues are up to date and that the client has received the required training.
- Coach and guide clients on how to best engage with Insight and adhere to the contractual terms agreed.
- Ensure any specific deliverables are documented within the overall Master Services Agreement against a specific Statement of Work.
