Job Summary: Insight’s Google Solution Line Change Management team is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management Consultant to lead the design, development, and execution of the training and enablement workstream for client change management projects. This role requires a specialist to translate complex technical and process changes into clear, concise, and engaging learning experiences, ensuring successful adoption of solutions, particularly those involving Enterprise AI and Google's AI toolset. The specialist will be a key contributor to the overall project success by managing the full training lifecycle from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Training Strategy: Design and manage the end-to-end training and enablement strategy for assigned Change Management projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project timelines.
  • Develop Training Content: Independently develop and update world-class, engaging training materials (e.g., presentations, curriculum outlines, job aids, short instructional videos, and digital learning modules) for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Apply Adult Learning Expertise: Ensure all materials and delivery methods adhere to modern adult learning best practices, driving high engagement and knowledge retention among end-users.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary training Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating directly with technical teams, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements and simplify complex technical concepts into accessible training content.
  • Methodology and Standards: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Change Management team’s training methodology, standards, and best practices.
  • Industry Trend Integration: Research and integrate current industry trends in adult learning and technology training, specifically within the Generative AI sector, to ensure training remains cutting-edge and effective.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery, preferably within a technology consulting environment or large enterprise setting.
  • Expert-level understanding and application of adult learning principles and modern training methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage the full training lifecycle for complex projects, including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Demonstrated experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with direct experience in creating training content for tools like Google Gemini Enterprise or similar AI platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing the ability to simplify and translate complex, technical topics for a non-technical audience.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Gemini, Gemini Enterprise) and experience with training development programs/video tools.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach to content creation and delivery.
  • Experience collaborating with technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in a fast-paced project environment.
