Responsibilities
- Lead and manage business analysis activities across multiple process and system improvement projects.

- Identify, analyse, and recommend process improvements using methodologies such as workshops and root cause analysis.
- Document and maintain current business processes, ensuring repeatable and reliable standards.
- Define and report on Return on Investment (ROI) for transformation initiatives.
- Support change management and process automation efforts, contributing to wider transformation goals.
- Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and change management, ideally within a technology or solutions provider.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP systems like SAP), business intelligence, and service management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma) and requirements definition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience working in globally diverse environments and a commitment to inclusion and collaboration.
