We are looking for Pickers & Packers to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for picking & packing stock accurately; you will need to then put the goods onto a pallet. You will be picking and packing raw and frozen boxed meat using a manual pick sheet, working in chilled & blast freezer temperatures.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack stock accurately in a fast-paced warehouse.
  • Put goods onto pallets after picking.
  • Use a manual pick sheet for raw and frozen boxed meat; work in chilled and blast freezer temperatures.

Qualifications

  • Previous picking & packing experience.
  • Able to pick and pack at speed and accurately.
  • Must be physically fit as heavy lifting will be required.
  • Must have a good level of English both written and oral.
  • Must be able to work in chilled and blast freezer temperatures.
  • Must have safety boots and hi-vis.

Hours and rate:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday - Thursday with an occasional need to work Sunday
  • Mid shift: 14:00 - 00:30
  • Night shift: 17:00 - 03:30
  • Sunday: 10:00 - 15:30
  • Rate: £12.71 per hour
