Senior Practice Lead – Adoption able to influence at C‑suite level and build trusted relationships. Experience delivering successful projects for demanding clients, with high expectations of quality and outcomes. Strong organisational skills with the ability to oversee multiple complex engagements simultaneously. Experience across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Microsoft 365/Copilot, Google Workspace, AWS) and interest in AI, devices, and digital workplace innovation. Background in IT services, systems integrators, or large technology consultancies. Experience working within a globally diverse environment and a strong commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. Familiarity with ITIL or project management methodologies and qualifications.
