About the Role
A leading tech consultancy specialising in the utilities sector is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors expertise to support a major transformation programme. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing contract role ideal for someone who thrives in fast‑moving delivery environments and knows how to translate HR business needs into actionable SuccessFactors solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with utilities‑sector clients to understand HR, talent, and workforce management requirements
- Lead workshops, gather and document requirements, and map end‑to‑end HR processes
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for SuccessFactors modules
- Support configuration teams and ensure alignment between business and technical delivery
- Contribute to testing cycles, documentation, and change management activities
- Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise the value of their SuccessFactors landscape
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on SAP SuccessFactors projects
- Strong understanding of HR processes and digital HR transformation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, ideally within regulated or complex environments
- Ability to run workshops, document requirements, and communicate with both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Experience working with utilities, energy, water, or infrastructure clients is a strong advantage but not essential
- A proactive, consultancy‑minded approach with strong problem‑solving capability
