- Acting as the point of contact for work allocation, sprint planning, and delivery oversight.
- Working closely with product, data, and engineering teams to prioritise and deliver automation initiatives.
- Ensuring automation solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practice.
- Supporting the evolution of automation capability across the organisation, including low‑code governance and integration with core systems.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable operating autonomously and taking ownership of delivery.
- Exposure to Azure services, Logic Apps, or cloud‑native automation tooling.
- Experience with data engineering or analytics environments.
- Interest in growing into a broader leadership role over time.
- Competitive salary with room for progression as responsibilities grow.
- Opportunity to shape the automation function from the ground up.
- A role with genuine influence and visibility across the business.
