- Taking ownership of queries and ensuring timely resolutions
- Meeting agreed team KPIs and service excellence standards
- Developing a strong understanding of company products, systems and procedures
About You
We’re looking for a proactive and organised customer service professional who has:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering great customer experiences
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Confidence working independently as well as part of a team
- Good problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable
