We are currently recruiting for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced logistics team on a 3-month temporary contract with an immediate start available. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong logistics, customs, and document control experience who thrives in a detail-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing logistics and shipping documentation
- Managing invoicing and shipment scheduling
- Coordinating with 4PL providers and international hubs
- Handling import and export customs documentation
- Monitoring and communicating compliance and customs regulation changes
- Carrier coordination and shipment tracking
- Maintaining accurate document control processes
- Updating and managing data within ERP systems
- Producing and analysing reports using Excel
Requirements:
- Previous experience within logistics coordination or supply chain operations
- Strong knowledge of import/export customs documentation
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Strong data accuracy and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- Experience working with international stakeholders and carriers
