We are seeking a highly organised and detail‑focused Supply Chain & Production Administrator to join our fast‑paced and supportive supply chain team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys working with data, and has a passion for keeping operations running smoothly.

You will play a key part in ensuring accurate data management, efficient coordination across departments, and timely delivery of products. Working closely with supply chain, production, and logistics teams, you will help maintain the smooth flow of materials and finished goods while supporting operational planning and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and inventory support to supply chain and production teams.
  • Track deliveries, process order confirmations, and manage raw material and finished goods orders.
  • Book stock received and maintain accurate inventory data.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to support seamless operations.
  • Coordinate production schedules to help ensure timely and efficient manufacturing.
  • Maintain accurate production and inventory records across internal systems.
  • Prepare and analyse production and operational reports to support decision‑making.
  • Assist in maintaining supply chain and customer master data.
  • Support outbound goods processes and ensure delivery updates and documentation are completed accurately.
