Sponsorship Sales Manager / Leading Events Organisation / £60,000 base / LondonOur client is looking for a results-driven Sponsorship Sales Manager to join their record-breaking team and lead in securing sponsorship revenue across their international conference portfolio.
This exciting role will see you selling across multiple conferences throughout the year, growing revenue from existing clients, and sourcing new business opportunities. This role is the perfect opportunity for someone with a real hunter mentality and looking to lay the foundations of a successful, long-term career.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, the industry, and competitors.
Build and sustain regular client relationships, providing innovative and profitable solutions tailored to their business needs.
Collaborate with the Marketing, Production, and Operations teams to ensure successful event delivery and client satisfaction.
Participate in weekly training sessions aimed at enhancing your skills in sponsorship sales.
Manage and update sales forecasts, weekly reports, and a robust sales pipeline.
Identify and approach potential customers through multiple streams.
The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in selling either sponsorship, services, advertising, tech or media in a B2B environment.
Highly ambitious, with a drive for success and a clear desire to progress your career.
Solid sales process experience, with or without formal sales training.
Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
Ability to engage with clients at all.
Passionate about personal development and honing your skills as a sales professional.
Package
Up to £60,000 basic salary plus uncapped, leading commission structure
1st year OTE £100-120,000, 2nd year OTE £140-160,000, 3rd year OTE £200,000+
