A leading organisation within the energy sector is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join their Southampton team on a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and highly organised HR/ Human Resources professional with strong ADP payroll experience to join a fast-paced operational environment where no two days are the same.
Working closely with the HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle, managing payroll administration and providing first-class support across a broad range of HR functions.
