Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

Rate: £560 per day (umbrella)

We are partnering with a leading global organisation to recruit an experienced Sourcing Specialist to join their Indirect Procurement team, with a primary focus on Corporate Real Estate & Business Services (CRBS) across the UK and EMEA.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied portfolio of strategic sourcing projects, managing the full procurement lifecycle for both high-value, business-critical initiatives and BAU procurement activity.

The Role:

  • Leading end-to-end sourcing projects from strategy through to contract execution
  • Managing competitive tender processes (RFPs/RFQs) and supplier selection
  • Negotiating commercial terms, pricing and supplier agreements
  • Developing sourcing strategies and delivering measurable commercial value
  • Drafting Statements of Work (SOWs), Letters of Agreement (LOAs) and procurement documentation
  • Managing procurement governance, approvals and project administration through procurement systems such as SAP Ariba
  • Building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business functions
  • Providing market intelligence, supplier benchmarking and commercial insights
  • Managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously across varying levels of complexity

Essential Skillset:

  • 5+ years' experience in indirect procurement or strategic sourcing within a large multinational organisation
  • Strong experience sourcing Corporate Real Estate and/or Business Services categories
  • Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise
  • Experience managing procurement activities from sourcing strategy through to contract award
  • Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP Ariba or similar eProcurement platforms
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, matrix environment
  • A proactive, commercially minded approach with strong problem-solving skills

Package:
