My client, a global organisation within the insurance sector, is looking for an experienced Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a C-suite executive within Global Operations. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role requiring exceptional organisational skills, experience supporting senior stakeholders across multiple time zones, and the ability to operate confidently within a complex global environment. Previous insurance sector experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated 1:1 support to a C-suite executive, managing a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate international and domestic travel, including itineraries, visas, accommodation, and logistics
  • Organise leadership meetings, offsites, business reviews, and executive events
  • Prepare presentations, briefing packs, reports, meeting agendas, and other executive documentation
  • Manage executive inboxes, correspondence, expenses, and action tracking
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, Executive Assistants, and external contacts across global offices
  • Take meeting minutes, monitor actions, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Support onboarding activities for new team members, including equipment and system access

Skills

  • Significant Executive Assistant experience supporting C-suite or senior executives within a global organisation
  • Previous experience within the insurance sector is highly desirable
  • Strong experience managing complex international diaries and travel arrangements
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
