A well-established international events business is looking for a Graduate Conference Producer to join its growing content team, delivering high-level, invitation-only conferences and executive networking events across professional services and technology-led markets. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate (or equivalent) with a strong interest in events, research, and content creation to break into the events industry. You’ll gain hands-on experience producing premium, content-led events for senior decision-makers, with full training and development provided.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the production of 3–4 conferences per year from concept through to onsite delivery
- Conduct market research to identify key industry trends and content opportunities
- Assist in building engaging event agendas and sourcing industry speakers
- Help manage speaker outreach, confirmations, and communication
- Work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operations teams
- Support project management of event timelines and deliverables
- Attend events onsite, with potential for international travel
Skills & Experience:
- Recent graduate (or equivalent) – all degree backgrounds considered
- Strong interest in events, media, research, or content creation
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
