My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing Lead to take ownership of the marketing function. Working closely with senior leadership, this is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and creative marketer to shape strategy, deliver campaigns and drive customer acquisition and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver the overall marketing strategy and activity
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- Create content across social media, email, website and sales materials
- Lead product launches and go-to-market activity
- Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage marketing budgets and support wider growth initiatives
- Oversee website, SEO and customer journey optimisation
- Work closely with Sales to drive lead generation and conversion
- Research new markets, customers and growth opportunities
- Utilise AI and emerging tools to improve marketing performance and productivity
- Identify and implement AI tools and automation opportunities to streamline marketing processes, improve efficiency and reduce manual workload
- Explore and adopt emerging marketing technology and AI platforms to enhance content creation, campaign optimisation, customer engagement and overall marketing performance
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in marketing, growth or digital marketing
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the marketing function
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative, commercially minded and analytically driven
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
