My client, an ambitious and rapidly growing technology business, is seeking a Founder's Associate to work directly alongside the founders, supporting strategic projects, commercial initiatives and day‑to‑day business operations. This is a varied role offering exposure across marketing, product, operations and business strategy, making it ideal for someone looking to accelerate their career within a high‑growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the founders on strategic and commercial projects
- Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across marketing, sales and operations
- Support business planning, presentations and commercial proposals
- Assist with marketing campaigns, product launches and growth initiatives
- Conduct market, competitor and customer research to identify new opportunities
- Help manage priorities, projects and key business activities
- Provide executive support where required to ensure the smooth running of the business
