Senior Negotiator / £35,000 (OTE) / Barnehurst / Hybrid Overview:   A Market Leading Estate Agent are currently seeking a Senior Negotiator to work closely with clients to promote and sell properties. This includes working with property owners to sell their property.   This is an excellent opportunity to excel your career with a market leading estate agent with future progression available.   Role & Responsibilities: Work with potential buyers to generate interest in properties and viewings Provide updates to property owners regarding the sale of their property Speaking with customers via the Telephone, Email or face-to-face Drafting marketing materials for the sale or rent of properties Securing appointments for property valuations and property viewings Promoting additional services and products Achieving sales targets Conducting property viewings  Essential Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar position UK Driving license An excellent communicator Hard-working and ambitious A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals  Package: Up to £35,000 OTE Monday – Friday (No weekends) Commission based on the management income Great company culture Excellent, tailored training and progression opportunities Enjoyable Incentives Further training and coaching  Senior Negotiator / £35,000 (OTE) / Barnehurst / Hybrid
