Sales Administrator £25 per hour | 4-Month Contract | Hybrid, London | 3 days office, 2 days remote We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service & Sales Support Executive to join a well-established global organisation on an initial 4-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service, order processing or sales support experience who is confident communicating with customers over the phone and enjoys working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The Role: Accurately and efficiently processing customer orders Speaking with existing customers to clarify requirements, pricing and product needs Handling inbound customer calls and identifying opportunities to upsell Making outbound calls to existing customers to support customer retention Using customer and business reports to identify opportunities to retain and develop accounts Maintaining accurate customer records and account information Preparing basic quotations and proposals Registering customer complaints and managing escalations where required Supporting the wider sales and customer service function Ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and profitably Essential Skillset: Previous experience in customer service, sales support, order processing, account management or an internal sales environment. An excellent telephone manner and confident communication skills. Strong customer service skills with a customer-focused approach. Experience handling inbound customer enquiries and/or orders. The confidence to identify upselling and commercial opportunities. Excellent attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills. The ability to remain calm and professional in a busy, pressured environment.
