£26,000 – £35,000 | Oxford, Office Based | Permanent
A well-known and respected insurance organisation is looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join its thriving Oxford team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a business with a strong national presence and a reputation for delivering first-class insurance solutions to a diverse commercial client base. You’ll play a key role in managing and growing a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, combining account management with proactive new business development.
The Role:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing commercial clients
- Develop a deep understanding of your clients’ businesses and insurance needs
- Work closely with the Branch Manager and wider team to meet business goals
- Identify opportunities through networking, marketing, community engagement, and industry events
- Deliver a high standard of consultative service, offering tailored advice and risk solutions
About You:
- Experienced in B2B relationship management or general sales
- Confident in both developing new business and nurturing existing accounts
- Driven, tenacious, and curious – always looking for the right solutions for your clients
- A great listener with strong consultative selling skills
- Keen to build a long-term career in commercial insurance and willing to work towards professional qualifications
Package:
- £26,000 – £35,000 depending on experience
- Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
- 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), increasing with length of service
- Life assurance (up to 4x salary) and income protection
