A well-established facilities organisation based in Rochester is seeking an organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support their Director. This role is ideal for either a Senior Administrator looking to step into a PA position or an experienced Personal Assistant ready to take on a high-responsibility role. You will provide dedicated support to the Director, managing their diary, inbox, travel, and meetings, while also taking on some day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities, including quotes, general administration, and supporting ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Full PA support to the Director, including diary and inbox management
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, appointments, and business travel
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation on behalf of the Director

- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and suppliers as required
