Residential Paralegal
St Albans / £35,000 – £45,000 / Permanent
My client, a reputable Law Firm based in the heart of Hertfordshire are looking to recruit a Paralegal to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal and preferably are experienced in commercial property/conveyancing or have a genuine interest in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, preparing and proofreading legal documents
- Assessed new client enquiries, articulated client information and communicated them to the correct department
- Act as first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
- Assisting with the preparation and management of commercial property transactions
- Conducting legal research
- General administration and legal support to fee-earners
Essential Skillset
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Paralegal
- Commercial property/conveyancing experience is highly desirable
- A passion for property is essential
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Proactive, professional and reliable approach
- Positive attitude
