We are currently seeking an experienced SC Cleared Data Analyst to join a high-profile organisation on an initial 6-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a data-driven professional with experience in HR operations and HR systems to play a key role in delivering meaningful workforce insight and supporting ongoing HR transformation initiatives. Working within a fast-paced HR environment, you will help turn complex HR data into actionable intelligence, supporting both strategic decision-making and operational improvement across the business.
The Role
- Extracting, analysing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable business insight
- Producing dashboards, reports, and management information for HR and business leaders
- Identifying workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis
- Supporting and optimising HR systems within a SaaS HRIS environment
- Contributing to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensuring high standards of data quality, accuracy, integrity, and compliance
- Supporting audits, quality reviews, and reporting activities
- Communicating data outputs clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Skills & Experience Required
- Active SC Clearance
- Experience working within an HR or HR Operations environment
- Exposure to HR systems such as Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience interpreting data trends and metrics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience producing MI reporting, dashboards, burn-down charts, audits, and quality reviews
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Experience supporting HR system enhancements and process improvements
- Excellent organisation, planning, and attention to detail

- Based in Reading 2 days per week
