Our client is seeking a Product Compliance Officer to support our Product team in ensuring our entire product range meets legal and regulatory requirements. As a newly created position, this role is essential in maintaining our rapid growth and commitment to compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage legal and regulatory compliance across the entire product range.
Audit new products to ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place.
Collaborate with test houses and manufacturers on testing requirements and certifications.
Monitor and interpret regulatory changes, communicating their impact on products.
Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies as required.
Investigate and resolve compliance-related issues and complaints.
