An exciting opportunity to support the Digital Technology & Services Procurement team, working with internal stakeholders and IT suppliers to ensure the effective delivery and management of IT services. You’ll assist with contract renewals, supplier due diligence, and process improvements while helping to drive value and efficiency across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting commercial negotiations and approvals for IT supplier contracts
- Conducting supplier due diligence and managing contract renewals
- Producing regular reporting and analytics
- Assisting with SLAs, commercial analysis and licensing requirements
- Providing administrative support across procurement activities
Essential Skillset
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working with IT suppliers or a genuine interest in IT
- Comfortable using ticketing platforms
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for continuous improvement
