My client, a global organisation, is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join their team and support one of the C-Suite level stakeholders.

  • Minute taking, diary management over various time zones and travel correspondence
  • 3+ years’ experience working within a similar EA role
  • Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical or a research organisation
  • Confident working on a variety of technology such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Zoom
