Personal Assistant – Maidstone – Full Time Office based – Up to £40,000 A highly successful ecommerce company is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to support the Directors in the business. This company is going through hyper growth and they are looking for a talented Personal Assistant, who can assist with providing general support to the Directors to make their day – to – day lives easier, allowing them to focus on the business. Areas of responsibilities: Diary management, scheduling meetings and planning events Organising staff social events General personal support to the Directors to make their day-to-day lives easier Greet and provide hospitality to guests and visitors Coordinating and booking international travel Assist in the creation of presentation decks & regular reports Screening Director’s phone calls, enquiries and requests Ordering office equipment Personal Profile: At least 2 years’ experience in an EA/ PA role Very organised and comfortable in an extremely fast environment where no two days are the same Strong IT skills – specifically with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel and Teams) Great attention to detail Confident and motivated team player The ability to manage time and prioritise tasks effectively Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal Package: Basic salary up to £40,000 DOE 25 days holiday Pension State if the art office and facilities Free parking Flexible hours Personal Assistant – Maidstone – Full Time Office based – Up to £40,000
