My client, a fast-growing technology business, is seeking a Marketing & Growth Associate to join their ambitious team on a permanent basis. Working closely with senior leadership, this is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to take ownership of campaigns, support product launches and play a key role in driving customer acquisition and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, websites and sales materials
  • Support product launches and go-to-market initiatives
  • Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on data
  • Assist with marketing budgets and growth strategy
  • Support website optimisation, SEO and customer journey improvements
  • Work closely with Sales to increase lead generation and conversion
  • Research new markets, customer segments and growth opportunities
  • Utilise AI tools to improve marketing performance, content creation and productivity
