We are working with a well-established and growing professional services organisation to recruit a highly organised and proactive Business Support & Recruitment Coordinator. This is a pivotal, hands-on role supporting senior leadership while playing a key part in recruitment coordination, business operations, and management reporting. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and being at the centre of a fast-paced environment.
The Role
- Leadership & Business Support
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating calendars
- Preparing meeting packs, reports, and presentations
- Taking minutes and tracking actions to completion
- Acting as a key point of contact across teams
- Supporting leadership with day-to-day administration
- Recruitment Coordination
- Managing end-to-end recruitment administration
- Posting job adverts and responding to candidate enquiries
- Screening CVs and conducting initial telephone interviews
- Coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate trackers
- Liaising with agencies and third-party suppliers
- HR & Office Support
- Coordinating new starters and onboarding processes
- Supporting payroll and HR administration

About you:
